My deep disgust at this man and his politics apparently doesn’t have a low point, I just keep finding another deeper level of hatred for him.
Remember when Tony used his opposition to the flood levy to ask for donations to his political party, on the basis that “hardworking Australians” were “struggling to meet their own family budgets”.
Over the next couple of days we are likely to see more damage than we have ever seen before. $1.8bn isn’t going to cut it. People’s houses and workplaces will be destroyed. The tourism industry, already very down, will suffer hugely. We’re are going to need billions upon billions to get Queensland back together.
If Abbott tries to pull shit like this again, I will spend all of my spare time working to take him down.
Queensland: If we can handle floods and storms we can handle Tony Abbott.
